He and his team were responsible for taking public iconic companies like Microsoft, Netscape, Yahoo, and DoubleClick just to name a few. In this interview, Brad discusses his approach on establishing whether or not to take these companies public, the deals he worked on, and the ones he missed out on (Amazon), and the creation of Foodydirect.com that was eventually sold to Goldbelly in 2018. Brad also gives listeners a deep dive into his SPAC that was launched in 2019 and what he thinks the investment world will look like in the future for digital media.
